Tracking Time
The entry bar, the three views, editing, tags, AI fill and the desktop app.
The Timer page is where time gets tracked. It has two parts that never change, the entry bar and the toolbar, and a main area you can show as a list, a week or a grid.

Editing entries
Inline edits, the edit panel, duplicate, resume and delete.
Locked entries
Why an entry is read-only and who can unlock it.
Tags
Colour-coded labels across projects.
Tell AI

My Workspace
Pin the clients, projects and tasks you use most.
Display settings

Keyboard shortcuts
Start, stop and switch without the mouse.
Desktop app
The Mac and Windows menu bar timer.
Two workspace modes
An admin chooses under Workspace Settings how the whole workspace tracks time:
- Full time tracking. Entries have a start time, an end time and a duration. Views show gaps between entries, and the entry bar has start and end fields.
- Duration only. Entries only need a date and a duration. There are no start or end times anywhere.
The articles here describe both; where they differ, it is called out.
