Projects & Clients
How work is organised in Quanta, and everything you can set on a project.
Time is logged to a project; every project belongs to a client. A project also decides how its time is billed, who can log to it, whether it has tasks, and what budget it is measured against.
Creating projects
The Details tab: name, code, client, public or private, tags, expenses, invoicing, notes.
Billing and rates
Hourly, fixed fee or non-billable; how a rate is chosen; rate history and re-pricing.
Project budgets
